Sorry but I don't like how you treated misfile. Did you talk with the author before this?

I've been critical of Misfile for a long, long time on the "forum" function. Why should I talk to the author?

You should talk to him since the sequence is clearly a spin off of his idea. Given that people are investing in his film he clearly is trying to grow and maintain his universe.

It's not a spin, it's satire. It's literary criticism.

Excellent story, I really enjoyed this one.

Lol, There's more character development in this brief caption series than during Misfile's entire 10 year run.

Thank you. I love the misfile art work, and I love how the characters were initially drawn, I'd just like to see them develop.

Is this really what supposed artists do these days? Take pot shots at each other and call it satire. I mean, really, were you trying to be cute? Was this some cheap form of guerilla warfare against what you percieved to be some cause to fight against, when in realty it was nothing more than an oppinion os somebody elses work that you felt the petty need to throw in their face? I have been reading this blog for almost two years, and after what I see as the first real glimpse at the pesron behind it, I am incredibly disappointed. I can no longer stand to read this blog. Not because of some petty difference of oppinion, I'm not a child after all. No, because you sit here on you pedestal, judging other people's work behind your caption, benind your mask, wear you are safe and there is no accountability, instead of just telling them up front that you don't like their work. I can't read this blog anymore because I cannot support, nor do I wish to be associated with, somebody who acts out in this way, and has so little respect for another person and their work. And becaue ultimately, this whe thing just feels petty, pathetic, and to be frank, bitchy.

Wow. Being called someone who hides behind a mask by "anonymous," that's irony.

Ha! Touche!

I've also been disappointed in Misfile, though I continue to read it and support it financially, hoping against hope the plot will finally go somewhere.

Maybe you're little missile here will get Chris's attention. I know he can tell a story better - I've seen it in his other work - I just wish he'd apply that ability to Misfile.

And I guess you're the "Cheryl Anne" who posts on Misfile Forum - you really let loose in your last message, and I see it sparked a healthy discussion. Good for you!

Thank you. I believe an open exchange of thoughts, both positive and negative, is healthy for any artistic endeavor. I've written quite a few stories on fictionmania, and I always take comments to heart and try to use them to improve my fiction.
